This website is operated by Yutori LLP (“Yutori”, “we”, “us”), a bakery based in Goa, India, selling plant-based, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free baked goods and nut butters.

Everything we sell is handmade in small batches. Colour, texture and appearance vary naturally between batches, and photographs on this site are indicative rather than exact.

Our products are plant-based and made without gluten or refined sugar. They are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and seeds, so we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact with allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received; if a payment fails, no order is created and you are not charged.

We may correct pricing errors and, where a clear error has occurred, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

All products are made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm your payment by email. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your location, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Preparation and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to cancel, and how we handle damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders, are set out in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our products are perishable. Shelf life and storage guidance are given on the product page and on the packaging. Once a product has been delivered and stored outside those conditions, we cannot be responsible for its condition.

We collect the details needed to fulfil your order and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please give accurate delivery details — we cannot be responsible for orders that fail to arrive because of an incorrect address.

The content of this website, including text, photographs, recipes as described, and the Yutori name and logo, belongs to Yutori LLP and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.

We take care to describe our products accurately and to prepare them safely and hygienically. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Panaji, Goa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
