Shipping Policy

We begin preparing your order only after it is placed and paid for. Preparation takes 3 to 4 working days, and your order is dispatched once it is ready. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are typically faster than to remote PIN codes.

Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually 6 to 11 working days. Courier delays, weather and regional disruptions are outside our control, and we will keep you informed if your order is affected.

We ship across India. We do not currently ship outside India.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order reference as soon as your payment is received. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier and tracking details on the phone number you provided at checkout.

Please check your address and PIN code carefully at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, we may not be able to re-ship the order free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address — we can usually help if the order has not yet been dispatched.
